Tramec Srl acquires MT Motori Elettrici
At the same time as the acquisition of Tramec S.r.l. today by the IGI Private Equity fund, Tramec has in turn acquired 100% of the shares of MT Motori Elettrici S.R.L.
This operation aims to continue the consolidation process of the group, and lays the foundations for the construction of an industrial pole in Bologna specialized in motion control.
The new CEO thus becomes Leo Girotti, also CEO of Tramec S.R.L.
