Stationary Brake Motors

The brake stationary motors with high starting torque XFS series are made by coupling a stationary brake with a single-phase standard motor XN series.

The brake stationary motors with high starting torque are available with B3, B5 and B14 flange and have following characteristics:

• IEC sizes = 63 ÷ 100
  
• Nominal power Pn= 0.09 ÷ 2.2 kW
  
• Polarity = 2, 4, 6
  
• Brake type: D.C. current
  
• Energy efficiency= IE1
  
• Nominal torque Mn= 0.41 ÷ 15.9 Nm
  
• Rotation speed n = 870 ÷ 2830 rpm
  
  

The FS brakes are standard supplied with 103 V d.c. power supply for 230 V electric motors.
