M.T. Motori Elettrici brake electric motors range is compose of three-phase asynchronous motors, single phase motors, single-phase motors with hight starting torque and three-phase motors with double polarity, all with brake option.
Indeed, the brake motors arise from the application of a disk-type electromagnet brake with negative action on a standard motor. The brake motor ensures stop precision and speed in case of voluntary interruption and greater safety in case of accidental motor power supply interruption.
The brake motor is standard supplied with insulation class F and IP54 protection (IP55 if requested).
On request, brake motors can be supplied with mechanical hand release.
TF Series
